Antel Land, Inc.

Established in 1986, Antel was one of the country�s trailblazing pioneers in real estate development. One of the company�s first projects was the Platinum 1000, a 26-storey residential condominium in the heart of Greenhills, San Juan, which heralded the bold and visionary entry of the industry�s new rising star.

Over the next three decades, the company expanded from high-rise towers to horizontal master-planned villages, amassing an impressive portfolio of more than 5 million square meters of projects. This diverse portfolio now includes townhouse complexes, hotels, office and residential condominiums, and self-sustaining township developments, in addition to a score of joint venture undertakings.
